Helmets must be worn by all participants near the climbing area.

Eye protection must be worn by all participants when climbing.

I am physically and mentally capable of taking part in the drytooling event;

I understand the nature of drytooling and accept that injury could occur to myself or those in my care;

I understand that climbing holds may spin or break when in use;

I have read and understood the competition rules;

I undertake to adhere to the competition rules;

I understand that the organisers, assistants, venues and associated staff are not liable for any loss or injury that may occur to me or those in my charge, nor to any breakages or loss of my equipment;

I agree to abide by any decisions taken by the organisers as regards the overall event;

I agree to abide by any decisions taken by the organisers as regards the competition elements;

I accept that there is an element of risk;

I agree to sign a form confirming my acceptance of this statement at the venue on the day of the competition or to have the form signed by my parent or guardian on the day.
